In the world now, we are facing the meta crisis or several crises converging together threatening life on the planet.

There's evidence all over - ongoing genocide in Gaza, war in Ukraine, conflicts in Kashmir, Manipur; forest fires in the Himalayas, floods in Sahara desert, the list is never ending!

Under all this sits an Inner Crisis!

The inner conflicts within human beings, manifest as crises in human systems. How do we move to the next evolutionary threahold we ask?

The leadership- political, business, cultural is locked in their vested interests. Wisdom has been separated from power. It's a self terminating loop! In this scenario, we believe that the right response begins with:

Our flagship programs Gramya Manthan & Earth Shastra do just this! Young People are initiated into an exploration to 'Understand' and be equipped with tools to respond. They then Act in their communities, with an understanding of the context & the consequences. These are some alumni of Youth Alliance responding to the crisis in resilient ways.
